Join me this Mental Health Awareness week to celebrate the power and importance of community. I invite you to join me for a cold water dip at Silver Sands Beach, Aberdour on Monday 12th May at 6pm and feel the transformative impact of cold water immersion. I will guide you along the way whether your looking to build your confidence, boost your wellbeing or simple enjoy the magic of cold water.
