Kings of Kinloch

Kings of Kinloch is a privately owned Georgian mansion house set in the Strathmore Valley in Perthshire. Owners Emma and Richard have sensitively restored the house in recent years, carefully preserving its original character while creating a warm and much-loved family home.

In 2026, they began opening the doors of Kings of Kinloch for a carefully considered collection of photoshoots and private events, allowing others to experience the house and its surroundings in a new way.

This October, Kallbad comes to Kings of Kinloch, bringing its outdoor sauna experience to the grounds for a unique autumn residency.

The collaboration grew from a shared mindset. Emma and Richard share Kallbad founders Linsey and Anibal’s passion for health and wellbeing, a love of the outdoors and an appreciation of taking time to slow down and be present. Bringing Kallbad to Kings of Kinloch felt like a natural way to combine those values with the landscape and surroundings of the house.

Set against the changing autumn landscape of the Strathmore Valley, the sauna offers the chance to step away from everyday life and enjoy the simple ritual of heat, cold and time outdoors, before retreating into the warmth and character of the house.

The collaboration is part of Kings of Kinloch’s growing programme of day retreats and wellbeing experiences, bringing together the heritage and atmosphere of the house with the landscape that surrounds it.

Alongside retreats and wellness events, Kings of Kinloch provides a distinctive setting for brand and editorial shoots, intimate weddings and private celebrations, with separate holiday accommodation within the grounds coming this autumn.
